My sincere thanks for your continued patronage of Seiko Solutions Inc.

Last year, Japan held the Osaka-Kansai Expo, bringing together innovative technologies and ideas from around the world to showcase the vision of future society. It was a year in which all of Japan was filled with great expectation and energy. Furthermore, the rapid spread of generative AI has led to improved business efficiency and the creation of new business models, making it an important factor in shaping corporate competitiveness. At the same time, the ongoing unpredictability of market and societal changes has meant that companies are required to make swift decisions and respond flexibly in an increasingly uncertain business environment. Even under such conditions, we will continue to take on the challenge of embracing change and turning it into new opportunities.

Last year, Seiko Solutions Group welcomed GCC Co. Ltd. and Infront Inc. as new members, bringing the total number of Group companies to 10. Furthermore, with the addition of Seiko Time Creation Inc. to the Systems Solutions Domain, we have further expanded the value we can deliver to our customers.

Leveraging our strengths of diversified solutions and a diverse workforce, we will deepen our understanding of our customers and provide them with solutions to the challenges they face, thereby contributing to their business success and, ultimately, to the realization of a better society.

This year marks the final year of the Seiko Group’s 8th mid-term management plan, “SMILE145.” As we strive toward our vision of becoming a solutions company, we will continue to refine our capabilities. Each of the 10 companies and more than 1,700 employees of the Seiko Solutions Group will continue to grow and, following the guiding philosophy of our founder, Kintaro Hattori, to be “Always one step ahead of the rest,” together we will continue to provide solutions and services from our customers’ perspectives to meet their expectations.

I sincerely look forward to your continued patronage and support of Seiko Solutions.
