My sincere thanks for your continued patronage of Seiko Solutions Inc.
Although last year started with the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake on New Year’s Day, it had some happy news, such as the great excitement surrounding the Summer Olympics in Paris. The current business environment presents many challenges to be overcome, such as sudden cost increases and labor shortages, but we see an increasing number of areas and opportunities in which we can help you and will concentrate even more on these.
Support for digital transformation (DX) has become even more important and has a significant impact on corporate performance. In this environment, we contribute to our customers’ business by delivering one-stop ICT solutions that drive social innovation in today’s world while focusing on our strengths, IoT/AI solutions that combine hardware and software and DX platforms that enable digital transformation for companies.
SMILE145, the 8th Mid-Term Management Plan of the Seiko Group, states that we aim to be a “solutions company.” To achieve this goal, each of the over 1,600 employees in the eight companies of the Seiko Solutions Group will grow and push forward to meet our customers’ expectations by providing solutions and services from our customers’ point of view with the spirit of “Always one step ahead of the rest,” which was the vision of Seiko’s founder Kintaro Hattori.
I sincerely look forward to your continued patronage and support of Seiko Solutions.
January 2025
Jun Sekine, President
Seiko Solutions, Inc.
