You can chose punching only or punching with calculation. Furthemore, you can also make an unlimited number of punches per day by setting. These choices make your time management such as attendance and job-costing more flexible.

  • Cumulated total work time per day and total worked hours in 4 columns and 32 lines using barcoded time cards (100 differenty coded cards available).

  • Time registration without calculation using the simple timecard type "SEIKO S".
  • Backlit LCD Display showing Time, Date, Day of week and printing column.
  • Automatic card intake with correct page recognition (using monthly cards, 15 days/side).
  • Programmable, fully automatic daylight savings time changes (Summer-/Wintertime).

 Functions and Programming:

The following functions can be set:

  • Barcoded time cards for up to 100 Persons. (100 different cards available).
  • Use of uncoded time cards (SEIKO type S) possible.
  • Time program  for fix time, flex time and part time.
  • Time registration in hrs. and min. or 1/100 hrs.
  • Automatic card return without registration when wrong side is inserted, and the buzzer is sounding to remember to turn the card over. (using monthly / 2-weekly cards).
  • Special Mark printing for core hours violation.
  • Day advance time at any time of the day (factory setting at 05:00 hrs).
  • Automatic Daylight Saving Time adjustment (CET/CEST).
  • Max. 4 breaks, adjustable from 1-90 minutes, automatic deduction.
  • Rounding per total work time / day or per registration.
  • Daily work hours with daily repetition as "normal program" and 1 different schedule for 1 day per week.
  • When using the uncoded time card type SEIKO "S", registration of IN-/OUT-times in 4 columns without calculation.
  • Pay Periode selectable:
    - monthly (factory setting)
    - weekly
    - 2-week
  • Time display and printing in 12-(AM/PM) or 24-hour-system.
  • Backlit LCD Display- and operating buttons.
  • The print column can be selected automatically when using barcoded cards Art. Nr. 66067 and the weekly program settings or manually using the push buttons.
  • Display content:
    - Day of the week Mo. - Su.
    - Date / day of the month 1 - 31
    - Time and daylight saving time indicator (Summer / Winter).
